Trust has to mean something

ADYD Recommended / Vetted Providers

Businesses can pay for visibility. They cannot pay to be called vetted, recommended, trusted, or best. Those labels must be earned through separate criteria.

Listed

Listed Provider

Basic directory presence. The business has not necessarily completed ADYD's vetting review.

Verified

Verified Provider

Core business details and applicable public credentials have been checked to the extent reasonably available.

ADYD Vetted

Vetted Provider

A higher review standard using documented criteria such as credentials, service quality, responsiveness, and customer experience.

Sponsored Placement

Paid visibility. Sponsorship is always labeled and does not change a provider's vetting status.

PROPOSED VETTING STANDARD
